29 March to 1 April
“We have all enjoyed our stay here and so much wish we could have stayed for a full week – my parents have come over from Canada and my husband and I brought them here – we were all here for a family wedding in the area and would love to have had longer to fully experience and explore this beautiful area. We were all totally delighted to find we were staying in such a beautiful, cosy, well appointed, delightful cottage in such lovely, peaceful, pretty surroundings. Have all decide to return again and stay for a week next time. Thank you so much for providing such a ‘peaceful, comfortable haven’ ...We will return a.s.a.p. Thank you for everything.” Lee and Bob, Warwickshire with Zita and John, Canada

28 April to 4 May
“Had a wonderful holiday. Everything perfect. Cottage very comfortable especially bed! Scenery spectacular. Love the Gower and the Mumbles. Hope to return in the near future to explore further. Thank you.” Carol & Ken, West Midlands (land locked unfortunately!)

May 7 to May 13
“My wife and I have stayed twice in “Y Stabl” cottage so knew what a wonderful setting this is. This time I made a surprise visit for my mother’s 87th birthday and hooked up with a friend from Kent who was visiting his sister. Despite the weather was wonderful to see family and old friends. Hope to return in October with my wife.” Mr Hague, Ontario, Canada “It was a real please to be here with my ‘oldest’ friend John. He was so correct when he and Janet said whata wonderful palce it is. Hopefully this wont be my last visit. Yes the bed was comfort in the extreme as so many have said. Best wishes.” Dewi, Kent

May 18 to May 26
“A haven of peace in a very busy world. I have had a lovely rest.” Mrs Gilsing , Tyne and Wear

2 June to 9 June
“Thank you for a wonderful time!” Charlotte, Alan & Mya, Glasgow

16 June to 23 June
“Our 5th visit to Hafod Y Wennol. Buckets of rain did little to dampen our spirits. I again was lovely to escape London to our “oasis of calm”. We have however rather missed our foster daughter dog ‘Holly’ as undoubtedly she has much to explore in her new home! It is amazing just how much there is to explore, so for anyone whom is unsure about whether to return – they must – it cannot be done in 1,2,3,4 visits, maybe a lifetime would afford the best opportunity to see all the wonders of Wales! Things we have particularly enjoyed, are seeing additions to the file, the quick Plas Farm Trail Directions and Map, the Swansea A-Z, the addition of Lowther’s gastro pub and the new iron – excellent! As usual Rhossilli was magnificent and we had lovely sunshine all afternoon whilst we were there, the best of the week. It is without doubt that we will be back, hopefully in the autumn but most definitely next summer, as this is no longer a holiday, it feels like we are returning to our holiday home 9we wish!) and family – thank you all so much! Diolch. Wela i chi.” Kathy & Jill, Notting Hill

23 June to 30 June
“A most delightful cottage, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for walking. Info book in cottage was a great help for places to go and see.” Thank you from Ian and Dawn, Stoke on Trent

30 June to 7 July
“We enjoyed our stay here very much despite the weather wasn’t so good. The wettest June ever was followed by wet July. But the cottage was comfortable and warm to cheer us up. The information folder was very helpful so we saw caves, waterfalls, beaches (even in the sun) and cities mentioned here – and we loved the swallows.” The Weber family, Germany

7 July to 14 July
“We loved to stay in this lovely and well equipped cottage. The nature is amazing here and we had some very good trips too. It was our first trip to Wales and we loved it! We can only recommend the cottage and the area to others.“ Jakob, Knud & Grethe, Hedensted, Denmark

14 July to 28 July
“We have enjoyed our stay here, not our first time in Wales, but the first as a family of four! Even though it was rather rainy we’ve managed lovely outings to Rhossilli Bay, Dinefwr Castle... Camille was thrilled to meet friends from Holland and loved the bird posters in the staircase! Thank you for a welcoming cottage. We’ll be back.” The Hautecoeur Family, Robersart, France

28 July to 4 Aug
“We liked our stay here. It was very peaceful and quiet. The house was very nice and clean. We want to thank you for a great week we had here.” The Boumans Family, Holland

4 August to 11 August
“It was very nice here! It was a very comfortable cottage. There were rabbits in the morning. And we heard the sheep. Holly was very sweet. Thank you for everything.” Marlie from the Netherlands. “P.S. My sister – Thank you very much. I love Holly.” Doortje. “We had a lovely week and felt much at home at this beautiful farm.”

11 August to 17 August
“We had a lovely relaxing week here without too much rain. The information folder was brilliant and we used it a lot. We took the kids to Port Talbot Aquadome on a rainy Tuesday and were stunned to discover it has a large (empty) sandy beach.” Fiona, Allan, James & Rachel, Milton Keynes

25 August to 29 August
“It’s our second time here at Hafod Y Wennol. We had a lovely stay in our favourite cottage. We hope to come again soon for another fabulous holiday. Thanks again!” The Ovey Family, Cornwall

8 September to 15 September
“Another lovely week. Weather was super as in May! Rhossilli & Mumbles still wonderful. I still in love with cottage and surroundings. Thank you! Hope to see you soon!” Carol & Ken, West Midlands

13 October to 21 October
“We had a wonderful time. The cottage is excellent. The nature in Wales is amazing. We did enjoy it very much. The Welsh are really nice people. Only their language is like Chinese. It was our third visit to Wales and now was are looking forward to the fourth. Jets beters als dezecottage kunt u zich mut wessen!!!” The Mullers from Assen, Netherlands
