“Fabulous cottage, excellent area, amazing views in local area. The cottage has everything you could possible need! Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the famous “Holly”. But other than that the visit was superb. We would recommend the Red Kite Feeding station listed in the information folder. I’ll probably never see that many red kites in one place again in my life! Also if the weather is nice and you like wildlife and walking then a visit to the “Wildfowl and Wildlife Wetland Park at Llanelli and the Millenium Coastal Park/Walk” also at Llanelli is really worthwhile.” The Packington Family, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire.

23 February to 1 March
“A very relaxing break in a beautiful area. Well equipped comfortable cottage. Thanks to the excellent information folder we have visited much of the surrounding area! We were made very welcome. Thank you !” Cynthia & Brian, East Cowes, Isle of Wight

9 August to 15 August
“Lovely stay, the cottage and surroundings tranquil and peaceful. Beaches lovely. Billy the Jack Russell had a great time, long stretches of golden sand. The farm trail was good as was the Cilybebyll Walk which was a pleasant evening walk around the small hamlet. Accommodation very comfortable, the weather perfect but with your itineraries, that black book was like a Bible. Holly came round one night to say hello. An all round enjoyable stay. Thank you.” Janet, Colin and Faye (and Billy the Jack Russel Troublemaker) from Wiltshire.

The holiday cottage was fantastic and well equipped for all our needs. Your little black folder was very helpful of things to do and our puppy Max loved all the smells from the farm. We will most certainly recommend your place to our friends and family. Many thanks. “ Lynne, Elliot and Max, Dover, Kent

29 November to 6 December
“We have had a lovely break in this delightful part of Wales. The cottage is very comfortable and we would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends. We have filled the week our with all sorts of activities – shopping trips to Cardiff and Swansea, lovely walks on the Gower, a nice day in Neath, a wonderful trip to the Wetland Centre near Llanelli. The ‘Farm Trail’ was most enjoyable especially on a very cold, crisp sunny morning. Another walk we enjoyed was one we devised ourselves. We walked down the hill to Pontardawe then along the Swansea Canal towpath, crossing the river Tawe on a footbridge then taking a woodland path ascending past a fabulous waterfall to eventually join a minor road leading back to the farm.  All the places we ate at were excellent and very good value. The weather has been cold but we have had hardly any rain during the day. Thank you for a great holiday!!” Richard & Judith, Burntwood, Staffordshire
